LEMG (Live Events Media Group) seeks a Director of Operations in Charlotte, NC to act as the operational anchor across a fast-paced event pipeline and a network of 100+ contractors. You will integrate Sales, Operations, and Finance, document SOPs, and drive consistent service delivery while protecting executive time from daily logistics fires.

Responsibilities include cross-department coordination, lifecycle oversight of labor, and implementing scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Proven operational leadership in a B2B services or events environment.
• Experience documenting and auditing company-wide SOPs.
• Strong contractor and workforce management capabilities.
• Ability to align Sales, Operations, and Finance through structured processes.

Responsibilities

• Cross-department communication & alignment to ensure seamless execution.
• Identify gaps, schedule conflicts, or handoff delays before impact.
• Oversee contractor lifecycle and performance with PM team.
• Facilitate weekly production meetings and pipeline updates.
• Develop and own SOPs, audit playbooks, and ensure compliance.
