Job summary

NASCAR in Concord, NC is seeking an experienced Coordinator, Production Operations to shape content operations across TV and digital platforms. You will lead resource coordination, workflows, and logistics to keep productions running smoothly from planning through delivery.

You will collaborate with production, technical operations, and creative teams to ensure successful execution, manage production materials, staffing, and media distribution, and drive improvements across the production

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum four years of related production, broadcast, media operations, or project coordination experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Working knowledge of linear and/or non-linear editing workflows; familiarity with client-server environments or web technologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
• Understanding of the full production lifecycle (pre-production, production, post-production, archiving).
• Valid driver's license.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Travel up to 5% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics and operational needs for TV and digital productions with producers and post-production teams.
• Manage collection and distribution of production materials including graphics and deliverables.
• Schedule staff and freelancers and track payroll-related deadlines.
• Create and manage production work orders and media distribution workflows.
• Identify and coordinate facilities, studios, control rooms, and editing suites.
• Collaborate with transmission, engineering, and operations teams to ensure resources are in place.
• Support multiple projects concurrently while maintaining timelines.
• Contribute to process improvements in production operations.
