Job summary

The THE·TEAM in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior Operations Coordinator to oversee event setup and execution. You will load and unload staging gear, manage on-site crews including contractors and staff, and ensure assets are returned to the warehouse after events.

Travel to NASCAR, IndyCar, golf tournaments, and other activations is required. Strong organizational skills, punctuality, and flexibility are essential as hours may vary and as many as 25–30 events per year.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in event productions or operations.
• Forklift operation or heavy machinery experience preferred.
• General knowledge of construction or fabrication techniques.
• Skilled with basic power tools and wrenches.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload staging equipment, ensuring inventory is retrieved and returned to its proper place in the warehouse.
• Manage an onsite crew of contractors, labor and other full-time Operations coordinators.
• Travel to events such as NASCAR, IndyCar, golf tournaments and other activations.
• On-site execution at events including hands-on building and tearing down of stage structures and assets.
• Attend daily operations meetings and establish tasks for the day.
• Other duties as assigned.
