Job summary

Invited is seeking an experienced Cook 3 to lead food preparation, production, and presentation in a high-volume kitchen. You will organize your workstation, ensure top-quality food, and mentor Cook 1 and Cook 2 staff while collaborating with the kitchen leadership to maintain culinary standards.

This senior role requires advanced culinary skills, strong leadership, and the ability to manage fast-paced service with attention to detail and sanitation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in the kitchen environment.
• Valid Food Handler Certifications as required by state and city regulations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Set up and organize workstation, prep, and cook daily.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area and kitchen.
• Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and testing products.
• Lead and mentor Cook 1 and Cook 2 team members.
• Oversee expediting and timely delivery of orders during service periods.
