Job summary

Invited is seeking a Cook 3 to lead the food preparation, production, and presentation in a high-volume kitchen. You will oversee setup, ensure quality and sanitation, mentor Cook 1 and Cook 2, and collaborate with kitchen leadership to maintain standards. This senior role requires advanced culinary skills, leadership, and the ability to manage busy shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Experience in a kitchen environment is required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, execute daily prep, and organize workstation.
• Prepare and store all food items for your station following Invited standards.
• Maintain proper cooking techniques and consistent preparation and presentation of items.
• Prepare meals including soups, meats, gravies, vegetables, desserts, salads, and baked goods.
• Receive and store goods and manage items used by others (condiments, dressings, etc.).
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area and kitchen equipment.
