Job summary

Invited is seeking a senior Cook 3 to lead food preparation, production, and presentation in a high-volume kitchen. You will set up your workstation, ensure top-quality dishes, and supervise Cook 1 and Cook 2 teammates.

You’ll collaborate with the kitchen leadership to maintain culinary standards and manage under pressure. You will mentor junior cooks, handle complex tasks, assist in menu planning, and step in for a shift when needed, ensuring smooth operation and guest satisfaction across all

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 4 years experience in kitchen environment.
• Valid Food Handler Certifications as required by state/city regulations.
• Strong communication skills with ability to follow instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Set up, prep, and organize workstation.
• Prepare and store food items for station per Invited standards.
• Maintain proper cooking techniques and presentation of daily specials and menu items.
• Prepare complete meals including soups, gravies, vegetables, desserts, salads, and baked goods.
• Receive and store goods; manage condiments, dressings, salsas, and soups.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation; assist in equipment maintenance and inventory control.
• Oversee expediting during meal periods and ensure timely delivery with quality.
