Invited is seeking a highly skilled Cook 3 to lead food preparation, production, and presentation in a high-volume kitchen. You will manage your workstation, ensure top-quality meals, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.

You will mentor Cook 1 and Cook 2, collaborate with the kitchen leadership team, and drive culinary excellence during busy service periods. This senior role requires advanced culinary skills, leadership, and the ability to handle fast-paced kitchen environments while

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Minimum of 4 years of kitchen experience.
• Valid Food Handler Certifications as required by state and city regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead set-up and execution of daily prep for your station.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of your workstation and kitchen.
• Supervise Cook 1 and Cook 2; mentor junior staff.
• Prepare complete meals including soups, meats, vegetables, and desserts.
• Oversee expediting to ensure timely, quality order delivery.
• Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and testing.
