Job summary

Invited is seeking a Cook 3 to lead the food preparation, production, and presentation in the kitchen. You will set up and organize your workstation, ensure high food quality, and supervise Cook 1 and Cook 2 team members.

This senior role demands advanced culinary skills and the ability to manage high‑volume, high‑stress kitchen environments. You will report to the Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef and collaborate with the leadership team to maintain exceptional standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in the kitchen environment.
• Valid Food Handler Certifications as required by state and city regulations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and organize workstation for daily prep.
• Prepare and store items for station with Invited standards.
• Maintain proper cooking techniques and consistent presentation of dishes.
• Prepare meals including soups, meats, vegetables, and desserts.
• Receive and store goods; manage condiments and dressings.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area and kitchen.
• Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and testing.
• Interact professionally with members and guests; handle special requests.
