Job summary

Invited is seeking a Senior Cook 3 to lead food preparation, production, and presentation in a high-volume kitchen. You will set up your station, maintain cleanliness, and ensure top quality and consistent plating for daily specials and menu items.

You will mentor Cook 1 and 2, coordinate with kitchen leadership, and handle complex cooking tasks while maintaining professional service standard and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Valid Food Handler Certifications as required by state and city regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the food preparation, production, and presentation in the kitchen.
• Set up and organize your workstation and ensure high standards of food quality and consistency.
• Supervise Cook 1 and Cook 2, mentoring them and ensuring efficient kitchen operations.
• Prepare and store all food items for your station, including soups, entrees, salads, and desserts.
