Job summary

Invited Clubs is seeking a Cook 3 to lead food preparation, production, and presentation in a high-volume kitchen. You will organize your workstation, supervise junior cooks, and maintain exceptional culinary standards while working with the kitchen leadership team.

This senior role requires advanced culinary skills, leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage high-stress environments effectively. Attending to dietary needs and supporting club events will be part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
• Valid Food Handler Certifications as required by state and city regulations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily prep and set up to ensure high quality and consistency.
• Prepare and present all menu items for your station, maintaining Invited’s standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of your work area and kitchen.
• Supervise and mentor Cook 1 and Cook 2 team members; assist in training as needed.
• Oversee expediting and timely delivery of orders during service periods.
• Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and testing products.
• Address guest requests and dietary needs with professional service.
