Job summary

Fairway Management, a JES Holdings division, is seeking a Senior Property Manager to lead and supervise property operations across the Greater Albany area. You will mentor staff, oversee budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, perform site inspections, and coordinate with regional managers to optimize performance.

The role requires travel between properties on a daily basis, hands-on leadership, and a focus on training, staffing, and strategic planning to support affordable housing communities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of LIHTC property management experience.
• LIHTC, HOME, and Section 8 knowledge and experience.
• Highly proficient in leading marketing and occupancy strategies.
• Real Page Onesite experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of apartment communities across the region, manage budgets, resident concerns, and regulatory compliance for affordable properties.
• Mentor junior property managers and provide training as needed.
• Travel daily between properties; sometimes overnight depending on distance.
• Assist with budget preparation and audit ledgers as needed.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

LIHTC, HOME, and Section 8 Knowledge and experience
