Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Regional Manager for Affordable Housing to oversee operations across a portfolio of communities. You will manage leasing, maintenance, and administration while ensuring compliance with LIHTC and Section 8 programs, and uphold Fair Housing laws.

This role requires leadership of onsite staff, budget oversight, and travel to sites as needed. Applicants should have affordable housing experience, LIHTC knowledge, and preferably CAM/ARM certification.

Qualifications

Experience in affordable housing including LIHTC.
Prior Regional Manager experience in housing operations.
Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent acceptable with experience.
CAM or ARM certification preferred; knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA is required.

Responsibilities

Oversee operations of an affordable housing portfolio including leasing, maintenance, and administration.
Ensure compliance with Equal Housing Opportunity, LIHTC, Section 8, and fair housing regulations.
Manage on-site staff performance, training, and HR-related processes.
Develop and monitor annual operating budgets and financial reporting.
Provide marketing strategies for leasing and resident retention; drive occupancy.
Travel 25–50% of time to property sites and conferences.
