Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Regional Manager, Affordable Housing to oversee a portfolio of communities. You will manage staff, leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and compliance with LIHTC and fair housing guidelines, while ensuring financial and operational performance across sites.

Travel is required 25–50% of the time. A background in affordable housing and prior regional managerial experience are essential, with CAM/ARM preferred and a solid understanding of on-site software and OSHA/fair housing

Qualifications

• Affordable housing experience incl. LIHTC
• Prior Regional Manager experience
• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years housing industry experience
• CAM/ARM certification preferred
• On-site software proficiency; basic computer skills required
• Fair Housing Laws knowledge
• OSHA requirements knowledge

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of an affordable housing portfolio
• Manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, and administration
• Develop and monitor budgets and financial reports
• Lead strategic leasing and marketing efforts
• Ensure compliance with housing laws and safety regulations
• Travel 25–50% of time for property visits and trainings

Education

Affordable housing experience incl. LIHTC

Prior Regional Manager experience

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years housing industry experience

CAM/ARM certification preferred

On-site software proficiency

Fair Housing Laws knowledge

OSHA requirements knowledge
