Job summary

JES Holdings, through its Fairway Management division, seeks an experienced Property Manager to oversee assigned properties and ensure compliant operations. You will market and lease units, monitor budgets, and address resident needs while supervising staff and ensuring timely inspections.

Role requires 2+ years in affordable housing, LIHTC or Section 8 familiarity, and strong Fair Housing knowledge. On-site work with regional travel and after-hours availability are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of affordable housing experience with LIHTC or Section 8.
• Solid understanding of Fair Housing.
• Skilled in income qualification, tenant file accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong competency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Market and lease apartments and drive occupancy targets.
• Oversee budgets, control costs, and monitor financial performance.
• Address and manage resident concerns and service requests.
• Supervise property staff and coordinate maintenance and housekeeping.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and affordable housing regulations.
• Coordinate move‑in/transfer applications and annual re-certifications.
• Lead marketing and leasing strategies and conduct regular property inspections.
• Be on call for after‑hours emergencies and trainings as required.
