Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Regional Manager for Affordable Housing to oversee LIHTC compliance, regulatory reporting, and staff leadership across sites. You will manage budgets, inspections, and vendor relations while guiding property teams in fair housing adherence.

The role requires experience in affordable housing, supervisory skills, and the ability to travel 25–50% to sites for oversight and improvements.

Qualifications

• Affordable housing experience including LIHTC.
• Prior experience as Regional Manager.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years in housing industry, or equivalent.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and LIHTC/Section 8 policies.
• Monitor regulatory compliance, contracts, and reporting.
• Conduct inspections and staff development; address performance issues.
• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and capital improvements.
• Lead recruitment, coaching, and HR communications with site staff.
• Travel 25–50% for property visits and trainings.
