Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Senior Regional Manager for Affordable Housing to oversee operations across multiple communities. You will supervise on-site staff, ensure compliance with LIHTC and Fair Housing laws, and drive leasing, maintenance, and financial performance.

Required experience in affordable housing, LIHTC familiarity, and a CAM/ARM mindset. The role involves travel and budget oversight, with opportunities for growth within a trusted national partner.

Qualifications

• Affordable housing experience including LIHTC.
• Prior experience as a Regional Manager.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years experience in housing.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of a housing community portfolio.
• Manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, and finances.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and guidelines.
• Develop yearly marketing and leasing strategies.
• Travel 25–50% of time annually.
• Prepare and monitor budgets and financial reports.
