Job summary

Smartscale is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to elevate our CRM program across onboarding, activation, retention, and reactivation. You will own the CRM lifecycle, craft personalized journeys, and collaborate with product, data, and creative teams to drive measurable growth at scale.

You will design onboarding and post-purchase flows, run experiments, and optimize messaging and offers to convert more users into paying customers while boosting retention and LTV.

Qualifications

• Experience leading CRM programs across onboarding, activation, retention, and reactivation.
• Strong data-driven mindset with ability to run experiments.

Responsibilities

• Own CRM lifecycle strategy from onboarding to repeat purchasing and reactivation.
• Analyze user behavior to identify drop-offs and opportunities to increase engagement.
• Build onboarding, abandoned-payment, offer, and follow-up journeys to convert and retain users.
• Increase retention and lifetime value through segmentation, personalization, and timely messaging.
