Job summary

EverAI Limited is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to elevate CRM into a major revenue channel. You will own onboarding, activation, retention and reactivation messages across email, push, in-product messaging, and promotions, reporting to the Co-founder/CMO.

You will partner with Product, Data, and Engineering to build scalable CRM journeys that drive measurable growth. You will design segments, journeys and experiments, use behavioral data to uncover drop-offs and leverage timing,

Qualifications

• Scaled CRM in a high-volume B2C subscription business with measurable revenue impact.
• CRM directly driving revenue through acquisition, retention and LTV.
• You can build segments, journeys, experiments, and campaign logic with performance analysis.
• You move quickly, own initiatives end-to-end, and influence cross-functional teams.
• You communicate clearly in English with technical, creative and commercial partners.
• You are comfortable with AI-powered product categories.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and execution across the full CRM lifecycle, from onboarding and conversion through retention and reactivation.
• Find growth in user behavior data to identify where users lose interest or miss purchase opportunities.
• Create onboarding, abandoned-payment, offer, and follow-up journeys that convert registrations to paying customers.
• Keep users coming back by boosting token purchases, repeat purchasing, retention, and LTV via smarter segmentation, personalization and timing.
• Build experiments, measure results, scale winners, and translate findings into next opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering and Creative to improve tooling, tracking, messages, offers and reporting.
