Read AI, Inc. is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to build the system that activates and expands customers.

You will own onboarding, activation, feature discovery, and monetization programs, working with Product, Engineering, Data, CS, Sales, and Product Marketing to drive product-led growth at scale. You will define data requirements, instrumentation, and workflows, ensure high deliverability, and localize strategies for global use while delivering measurable improvements in

Qualifications

• 6+ years in lifecycle, CRM, retention, or growth marketing for a high-volume SaaS.
• Hands-on with Sendgrid, Customer.io, Iterable, Braze, HubSpot, Klaviyo; implement or rebuild infrastructure.
• Measurable improvements in activation, retention, conversion, renewal, or expansion.
• Strong grasp of behavioral segmentation, triggered messaging, experimentation, and cohort analysis.
• Comfort defining events, requirements, and measurement with engineers and data teams.
• Excellent writing and coordination of email with in-product surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Map the journey from account creation through activation, onboarding, and ongoing engagement.
• Build targeted programs for key drop-off points and usage milestones.
• Run coordinated in-product and out-of-product activation experiments with Product.
• Clarify Read's capabilities and required access without friction or extra homework.
• Nudge users to discover features and consider upsell as trials end or new features unlock.
• Coordinate email, in-product messaging, content, and webinars by role and workflow.
