EverAI Limited in the United States is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to elevate CRM to a major revenue channel. You will own the full CRM lifecycle—from onboarding to repeat purchases—and partner with Product, Data, and Engineering to deliver personalized experiences at scale.

We seek a builder who has scaled CRM in a high-volume consumer business, uses experimentation and attribution to prove impact, and can work effectively in a fully remote, fast-growing team.

Qualifikationen

• Experience building and optimizing CRM programs in high-volume B2C/subscription models.
• Proven revenue impact through lifecycle campaigns and retention efforts.
• Ability to design segments, journeys, experiments, and analyze results.

• Own CRM strategy across onboarding, activation, retention, and reactivation.
• Leverage behavioral data to improve engagement and monetization.
• Create onboarding, abandoned payments, offers, and follow-up journeys.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative teams.
• Test ideas quickly, measure outcomes, and scale winners.
