Job summary

EverAI is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own CRM from onboarding to reactivation across email, push, in-product messages, and promotions. You will turn CRM into a major revenue channel by boosting conversions, increasing repeat purchases, and maximizing LTV at scale.

You will partner with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative to design journeys, run experiments, and measure impact, reporting to the Co-founder/CMO.

Qualifications

• Scaled CRM with revenue, conversion, retention improvements and quantified results.
• Experience in high-volume B2C subscription CRM influencing revenue.
• Ability to create segments, journeys, experiments, and analytics.
• Ability to translate user behavior into tests with attribution and incrementality.
• Fast-paced ownership, building without a complete playbook.
• Strong English communication across technical, creative, and commercial teams.
• Comfort with uncensored AI product category.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution across the full CRM lifecycle from onboarding to reactivation.
• Identify growth opportunities by analyzing user behavior and engagement drops.
• Design onboarding, abandoned-payment, offer, and follow-up journeys to convert users.
• Increase token purchases, repeat purchases, retention, and LTV via segmentation & timing.
• Run rapid experiments, measure impact, scale winners.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative to improve CRM tooling and reporting.
