Qualifications

• 6+ years of life sciences recruiting, RPO, or talent consulting.
• Track record in business development and revenue growth (> $1M).
• Senior-level network across biotech/pharma/medical devices.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent solution designs to win new partnerships across biotech, pharma, and medical device sectors.
• Own key accounts and build executive relationships with leaders, ensuring we are a vital partner to their success.
• Lead the sales process from discovery and solution design to pricing, proposals, and closing deals.
• Guide clients with deep industry knowledge and partner with delivery teams for flawless execution.
• Connect our integrated solutions across the Syneos Health organization to deliver unmatched client value.
