You will own strategic client relationships, quarterback the sales process, and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure flawless execution across biotech, pharmaceutical, and medical device sectors.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in life sciences recruiting, RPO, or talent consulting.
• Proven ability to win complex talent solutions engagements within life sciences.
• Established senior-level network across biotech, pharmaceutical, or medical device orgs.
• Exceptional executive presence and credibility with C-suite and HR leaders.
• Experience in a matrixed, cross-functional enterprise environment.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent solution designs to secure new partnerships across biotech, pharma, and medical devices.
• Act as the primary client solutions owner for key accounts, building deep trust with executive leaders.
• Lead the entire sales process from discovery to pricing, proposals, and closing deals.
• Guide clients using industry knowledge and partner with delivery teams for flawless execution.
• Connect Syneos Health offerings across the organization to deliver unparalleled client value.
