Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in life sciences recruiting, RPO, or talent consulting with a significant track record in business development and annual revenue goals exceeding $1 million.
- Established senior-level network across biotech, pharmaceutical, or medical device organizations.
- Exceptional executive presence and ability to partner with C-suite and HR leaders.
- Experience in a matrixed, cross-functional enterprise environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%.
Responsibilities
- Drive growth by designing talent solutions to win new partnerships in biotech, pharma, and medical devices.
- Build strategic relationships as the primary client solutions owner for key accounts.
- Lead and expedite the sales process from discovery to closing deals.
