Precision Talent Group, LLC d/b/a Precision Healthcare Solutions seeks a Senior Life Sciences Sales Executive to lead strategic talent-solution engagements in RPO, embedded recruiting, and project-based recruiting.

The role targets CHROs and senior leaders across pharma, biotech, medical devices, and healthcare, diagnosing client needs and delivering ROI-based proposals that convert new logos into recurring revenue.

Formación

5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably selling RPO, staffing, professional services, or talent solutions.
Proven ability to acquire new logos and generate recurring revenue.
Experience selling into Life Sciences, including pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, diagnostics, CRO/CDMO, or healthcare organizations.

Responsabilidades

Identify and develop new life sciences organizations with recurring talent needs.
Build a pipeline of RPO, embedded recruiting, project recruiting, and strategic talent opportunities.
Develop relationships with CHROs and TA leaders across HR, procurement, and business units.
