Qualifications

6+ years of life sciences recruiting, RPO, or talent consulting experience with a strong business development track record.
A proven ability to win complex talent solutions engagements with revenue goals over $1 million.
Senior-level network across biotech, pharmaceutical, or medical device organizations.
Executive presence and ability to partner with C-suite and HR leaders.
Experience in a matrixed, cross-functional enterprise environment and travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

Drive Growth: Develop and execute talent solution designs to secure new partnerships across biotech, pharmaceutical, and medical device sectors.
Build Strategic Relationships: Serve as the primary client solutions owner for key accounts; build trust with executives.
