Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• At least 2 years recruiting for R&D, Clinical, or Commercial roles within Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, or other Life Sciences organizations.
• Previous agency or third-party recruiting experience is a plus.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, Jobvite, and other ATS platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, attract, and deliver top-tier talent for Life Sciences programs.
• Partner closely with hiring leaders and HR to provide a high-touch candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Utilize ATS platforms and sourcing technologies to optimize recruiting workflows, pipeline management, and reporting visibility.
• Manage sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
