Qualifications

• 6+ years of life sciences recruiting, RPO, or talent consulting.
• Proven ability to win complex talent solutions engagements in life sciences.
• Strong business development track record with >$1M annual revenue.
• Senior-level network across biotech, pharmaceutical, or medical device organizations.
• Excellent executive presence and consultative partnership with C-suite/HR leaders.
• Experience in a matrixed, cross-functional enterprise environment.

• Drive Growth: design and execute talent solutions to win new partnerships across biotech, pharma, and medical devices.
• Build Strategic Relationships: act as primary client solutions owner for key accounts and trusted advisor to executives.
• Lead & Innovate: manage the full sales process from discovery and solution design to pricing, proposals, and closing deals.
• Be a Trusted Advisor: guide clients with industry knowledge and coordinate with delivery teams for flawless execution.
