Qualifications

• 6+ years of life sciences recruiting, RPO, or talent consulting experience.
• Proven ability to win complex talent solutions engagements in life sciences.
• Established senior-level network across biotech, pharma or medical devices.
• Executive presence and ability to engage with C-suite and HR leaders.
• Experience in a matrixed, cross-functional enterprise environment.
• Travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Drive Growth: design talent solutions to secure new partnerships across biotech, pharma, and medical devices.
• Build Strategic Relationships: own key accounts and foster trust with executive leaders.
• Lead & Innovate: manage the full sales process from discovery to pricing, proposals, and closing.
• Be a Trusted Advisor: guide clients with industry insight and coordinate with delivery teams for flawless execution.
• Connect solutions across the Syneos Health organization to add value for clients.
