• Senior-level network across biotech, pharmaceutical, or medical device organizations.
• Exceptional executive presence and the ability to engage C-suite and HR leaders as a trusted advisor.
• Experience in a matrixed, cross-functional enterprise environment.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
