Job summary
Talkdesk is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant - HLS to drive strategic CXA and CCaaS implementations for healthcare and life sciences customers. You will act as the technical lead on integrations with systems like Epic, Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, and Veeva Vault.
You will collaborate with product, support, and cross-functional teams to scale delivery, create reusable templates, and mentor PS staff. This is a hands-on, billable role focused on successful customer outcomes.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in Professional Services, Consulting, or IT/Software Development with a focus on AI or automation SaaS solutions.
- 3+ years of hands-on Epic integration experience within healthcare systems or life sciences CRM solutions such as Veeva Vault or Salesforce Health/Life Sciences Cloud.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic implementations of CXA and CCaaS solutions for healthcare and life sciences customers.
- Serve as the primary technical resource during projects for design, development, and deployment of integrations with Life Sciences CRM/EHR/EMR systems (Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, Veeva Vault, Epic).
- Develop and troubleshoot complex workflows and data exchange processes (HL7, FHIR).
- Ensure integrations are secure, reliable, and compliant with healthcare regulations.
