Requirements include a technical degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years in Professional Services, and strong programming/API skills. The role emphasizes consultative communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years in Professional Services, Consulting, or IT/Software Development in SaaS.
• Strong programming in JavaScript, Python, or TypeScript.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and SDKs for integrations.
• Familiarity with foundation models, RAG, and AI toolchains.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic implementations of CXA and CCaaS solutions for customers.
• Provide hands-on support to teams, partners, and customers during implementation.
• Drive post-implementation adoption with guidance and best practices.
• Collaborate with Product/Support to address feature requests and issues.
• Contribute to templates, playbooks, and best practices for deployment.
