Job summary

Talkdesk is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant - HLS to lead strategic implementations of CXA and CCaaS solutions for healthcare and life sciences customers. You will act as the main technical resource, designing and deploying integrations with major EHR/CRM systems such as Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, Veeva Vault, and Epic.

You will develop complex data exchange workflows (HL7, FHIR), ensure security and regulatory compliance, and mentor teams to scale integration delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years in Professional Services, Consulting, or IT/Software Development with a focus on AI or automation in SaaS.
• 3+ years of hands-on Epic integration experience within healthcare systems or life sciences CRM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic implementations of CXA and CCaaS solutions for healthcare and life sciences customers.
• Serve as the primary technical resource during projects, designing, developing, and deploying integrations with major EHR/CRM systems (e.g., SF Life Sciences Cloud, Veeva Vault, Epic).
• Develop and troubleshoot complex workflows and data exchange processes (HL7, FHIR).
• Ensure integrations are secure, reliable, and compliant with healthcare regulations.
• Mentor and train cross-functional teams to grow integration expertise.
