Job summary

Talkdesk in the United States is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant - HLS to drive CXA/CCaaS implementations for healthcare and life sciences customers. You will deliver white-glove service, aligning with strategic objectives and regulatory considerations.

You will lead integrations with Epic and other EHR systems, develop complex workflows (HL7, FHIR), and mentor PS teams while collaborating with Product and Support for continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years in Professional Services, Consulting, or IT/Software Development with AI or automation SaaS.
• 3+ years of hands-on Epic integration experience within healthcare systems or life sciences CRM solutions (required).
• Experience working with healthcare or life sciences customers.
• Experience with EHR systems (e.g., Cerner, Allscripts, eClinicalWorks, Athenahealth).
• Knowledge of HIPAA, HITECH, CFR Part 11, CMS guidelines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive presence.
• Consultative approach and ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic implementations of CXA and CCaaS solutions meeting customer use cases.
• Serve as the primary technical resource for clients during projects, focusing on integrations with major Life Sciences CRM/EHR/EMR systems.
• Develop and troubleshoot complex workflows and data exchange (HL7, FHIR).
• Mentor and train Professional Services and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Product and Support to address feature requests and updates.
• Create CXA templates, playbooks, and best practices to streamline deployment.
