Talkdesk is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant - HLS to lead strategic CXA and CCaaS implementations for healthcare and life sciences customers within the Professional Services organization. Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or significant professional experience in a technical role.
• 3+ years in Professional Services, Consulting, or IT/Software Development with a focus on AI or automation solutions in a SaaS environment.
• 3+ years of hands-on Epic integration experience within healthcare systems OR life sciences CRM solutions such as Veeva Vault or Salesforce Health/Life Sciences Cloud (required).
• Experience with healthcare or life sciences customers.
• Experience with EHR systems (e.g., Cerner, Allscripts, eClinicalWorks, Athenahealth) a plus.
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance frameworks (HIPAA, HITECH, CFR Part 11, CMS).
• Strong understanding of AI-driven automation use cases.
• Experience with cross-functional teams in pre-sales, implementation, and/or customer success.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive presence.
• Proactive, consultative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Discretion and sensitivity when interacting with clients; client management experience valued.
• Organized self-starter able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Aufgaben

• Lead strategic implementations of CXA and CCaaS solutions with new and existing customers.
• As a billable resource, serve as the primary technical resource during projects for integrations with Life Sciences CRM/EHR/EMR systems, including Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, Veeva Vault or Epic.
• Develop and troubleshoot complex workflows and data exchange processes (HL7, FHIR).
• Ensure integrations are secure, reliable, and aligned with standards.
• Act as SME for Epic and other EHR/Life Sciences CRM solutions.
• Develop reusable assets, playbooks, and knowledge base content to scale delivery.
• Mentor and train Professional Services and cross-functional teams.
• Provide guidance and hands-on support to internal teams, partners, and customers during implementations of Talkdesk CXA/CCaaS.
• Collaborate with Product and Support to address feature requests and issues.
• Contribute to CXA templates and best practices to streamline deployment and ensure quality.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders with executive-level guidance on CXA strategy.
