Job summary

Talkdesk is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant - HLS within our Professional Services organization to lead strategic implementations of CXA and CCaaS for healthcare and life sciences customers.

You will act as the primary technical resource during projects, designing integrations with Epic, Veeva Vault, Salesforce Health/Life Sciences Cloud, and other EHR systems while ensuring security and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or significant professional experience in a technical role.
• 3+ years in Professional Services, Consulting, or IT/Software Development with a focus on AI or automation solutions in a SaaS environment.
• 3+ years of hands-on Epic integration experience within healthcare systems OR life sciences CRM solutions such as Veeva Vault or Salesforce Health/Life Sciences Cloud (required).
• Experience with healthcare or life sciences customers and EHR systems (e.g., Cerner, Allscripts, Athenahealth) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic implementations of CXA and CCaaS solutions meeting customer use cases.
• Serve as the primary technical resource during projects, focusing on design, development, and deployment of integrations with major Life Sciences CRM/EHR/EMR systems.
• Develop and troubleshoot complex workflows and data exchange processes (e.g., HL7, FHIR).
• Mentor and train Professional Services and cross-functional teams to enhance integration expertise.
• Provide guidance to internal teams and customers during implementation of Talkdesk CXA and CCaaS products.
