Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Legal AI Advisor—a practicing or former attorney who brings deep legal expertise to help customers adopt Relativity’s AI platform and claiR, our conversational AI experience for lawyers.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting in the US, you will engage lawyers across the client lifecycle, translate workflows, and drive adoption of AI-powered tools across litigation, investigations, discovery, and compliance.

Qualifications

JD and Bar admission required.
7+ years of experience practicing law (litigation preferred).
Strong understanding of legal workflows and challenges faced by lawyers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with both legal and executive audiences.
Hands on experience with legal AI tools, including Relativity aiR.

Responsibilities

Engage Lawyers as Primary Users: Build trusted relationships with lawyers across law firms and corporate legal teams.
Drive Pre-Sales and Adoption Conversations: Partner with Pre-Sales Engineers to support discovery and solution alignment; lead product demonstrations.
Enable Post-Sales Adoption and Value Realization: Support onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement to drive adoption.
Act as Voice of the Legal Customer: Provide feedback to product teams on customer needs and usability.
Bridge Legal and Technical workflows and knowledge: Translate AI capabilities into practical guidance for legal professionals.
