Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Legal AI Advisor, a practicing or former lawyer, to help customers understand, adopt, and realize value from Relativity's AI platform and claiR, our new conversational AI experience for lawyers.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting, you will work across the full customer lifecycle at the intersection of legal practice and product innovation, driving lawyer adoption of AI at scale across matters and workflows.

Qualifications

• JD and bar admission are required.
• 7+ years of practicing law and/or in-house legal experience, litigation preferred.
• Strong understanding of legal workflows and AI in the legal tech space.

Responsibilities

• Engage lawyers as primary users across law firms, corporate teams, service providers, and public sector organizations.
• Drive discovery, positioning, and solution alignment with Pre-Sales Engineers and Account Executives; lead product demonstrations.
• Enable onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement to drive sustained usage and adoption.
• Act as voice of the legal customer; provide feedback to product and engineering on needs and usability.
• Bridge legal and technical workflows by translating AI capabilities into practical insights for lawyers.
