Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Legal AI Advisor, a practicing or former lawyer, to help customers understand, adopt, and realize value from Relativity’s AI platform and claiR, our AI experience for lawyers.

The role reports to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting, and works across the full customer lifecycle to drive adoption at scale. Strong presentation skills and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

JD and Bar admission required.
10+ years of legal practice experience (AmLaw a plus).
Strong understanding of legal workflows and client needs.
Excellent communication and presentation to legal and executive audiences.
Curiosity about AI and its potential in legal work.
Client-facing experience in legal tech or business development is a plus.
Comfort in fast-moving, cross-functional environments.
Hands-on with Relativity AI tools, including aiR.

Responsibilities

Engage lawyers as primary users and build trusted relationships across firms, corporate teams, service providers, and public sector.
Drive pre-sales conversations with cross-functional teams and lead tailored product demonstrations.
Enable post-sales adoption and value realization through onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement.
Act as voice of the legal customer to provide feedback to product and engineering teams.
Bridge legal workflows and AI capabilities to practical, actionable insights for lawyers.
