Job summary
Relativity, a leading legal data intelligence company, is expanding its AI and customer-facing teams with Legal AI Advisors. This role blends legal practice and technology to help lawyers adopt Relativity’s AI platform and claiR, our conversational AI experience for lawyers.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Legal AI Consulting in the US, the advisor helps drive adoption across the full customer lifecycle, translates legal workflows into AI-enabled processes, and partners with product teams to
Qualifications
- JD with Bar admission; 10+ years practicing law.
- Experience in law firms or in-house legal teams with a litigation focus.
- Strong understanding of legal workflows.
- Excellent communication and presentation to legal and executive audiences.
- Hands-on experience with legal AI tools, including Relativity aiR.
- First-hand knowledge of litigation workflows.
Responsibilities
- Engage lawyers as primary users across firms and in-house teams.
- Drive pre-sales and adoption conversations with sales teams.
- Enable post-sales onboarding, training and adoption.
- Translate legal workflows to AI-enabled processes.
- Provide voice of the customer to product and engineering.
- Bridge legal and technical workflows for clients.
