Relativity is seeking a Legal AI Advisor, a practicing or former lawyer who will help customers adopt Relativity’s AI platform and claiR for lawyers. You will work across the full customer lifecycle, focusing on driving adoption of AI at scale and translating complex capabilities into practical insights for legal teams.

The role reports to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting and requires 10+ years of legal experience, JD, and Bar admission.

Formación

JD and Bar admission required.
10+ years practicing law, litigation experience preferred.
Strong understanding of legal workflows and client needs.
Excellent communication and ability to engage diverse audiences.
Curiosity about AI and its impact on legal work.
Experience in client-facing roles is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Engage lawyers as primary users; build trusted relationships across firms and legal teams.
Understand customer workflows and opportunities for transformation.
Serve as a credible peer to engage partners and in-house counsel.
Partner with Pre-Sales to support discovery, positioning and demos.
Lead product demonstrations linking Relativity AI to real use cases.
Support onboarding and ongoing adoption to drive sustained usage.
Translate feedback into actionable product insights for better workflows.
