Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Legal AI Advisor, a practicing or former lawyer who will help customers adopt Relativity’s AI platform and claiR for lawyers. The role reports to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting, in the US, spanning the full customer lifecycle from evaluation to everyday use.

The position focuses on driving lawyer adoption of AI at scale, collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting demonstrations, onboarding, and post‑sales engagement.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) and Bar admission.
• 7+ years practicing law at a law firm and/or in-house legal team.
• Strong understanding of legal workflows and challenges faced by lawyers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for legal and executive audiences.
• Hands-on experience with legal AI tools, including Relativity aiR.

Responsibilities

• Engage lawyers as primary users and build trusted relationships across law firms, corporate legal teams, and public sector organizations.
• Drive pre-sales and adoption conversations with pre-sales engineers and account executives; lead product demonstrations.
• Enable post-sales adoption and value realization through onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement.
• Act as voice of the legal customer by providing feedback to product and engineering on needs and barriers.
• Bridge legal and technical workflows by translating AI capabilities into practical insights for lawyers.
