Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Legal AI Advisor—a practicing or former attorney who brings deep legal expertise and a passion for technology to help customers understand, adopt, and realize value from Relativity’s AI platform and claiR, our new conversational AI experience purpose-built for lawyers.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting, based in the US, you will work across the full customer lifecycle at the intersection of legal practice, customer engagement, and product innovation,

Qualifications

JD and bar admission required.
3+ years practicing law at a law firm or in-house team.
Strong understanding of legal workflows and client-facing experience a plus.
Excellent communication and ability to engage legal and executive audiences.
Interest in AI and its potential to transform legal work.

Responsibilities

Engage lawyers as primary users across law firms and corporate teams.
Drive pre-sales and adoption conversations with tailored product demos.
Enable post-sales adoption, training, and ongoing engagement.
Act as voice of the legal customer to inform product direction.
Bridge legal and technical workflows, translating AI capabilities for attorneys.
