Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a dynamic Marketing and Leasing Manager to oversee a community's marketing, advertising, and sales activities. You will drive revenue, occupancy, and resident retention while leading the leasing team and coordinating with maintenance to ensure property presentation meets Greystar standards.

Your role includes developing pricing strategies, managing incentives, tracking performance, and guiding the leasing process from prospecting to move-in.

Responsibilities

• Directs community marketing, advertising and sales to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Oversees on-site traffic, ready inventories, rent pricing and concessions.
• Analyzes market conditions and implements short-/long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Develops print and internet advertising strategies and uses property management software for reporting.
• Leads leasing process: generate traffic, qualify prospects, prepare leases, finalize move-ins.
• Reviews financial and operational reports to improve leasing performance and presents results to stakeholders.
• Oversees lease renewal programs and manages communications with residents.
