Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Marketing and Leasing Manager to lead the community's leasing team, drive local sales, and optimize pricing and advertising tactics. You will oversee on-site marketing, traffic generation, and move-in processes, coordinating with maintenance and staff to ensure high occupancy and resident satisfaction.

The role requires directing campaigns, reporting results, and applying market insights to sustain performance.

Qualifications

• Direct and manage community marketing, print and internet advertising, sales activities, and leasing team performance.
• Analyze market conditions to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Develop and implement pricing, concessions, and advertising strategies to boost traffic and leases.

Responsibilities

• Direct the community’s marketing, advertising and sales activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Oversee on-site traffic, ready inventory, pricing, concessions, and leasing results.
• Develop print and online advertising strategies and use property management software to generate reports.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure curb appeal and marketability of units.
• Lead leasing process from traffic generation to move-in according to policies.
