Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a marketing and leasing leader for a high-rise community. You’ll drive advertising, pricing, and occupancy goals while guiding a leasing team and managing resident relations.

Responsibilities include generating traffic, showing apartments, preparing leases, and coordinating with maintenance to keep the property market-ready and compliant with company standards.

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have licenses or certifications as required by state and local jurisdictions.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Direct the community’s marketing, advertising and sales activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Develop short- and long-term plans for occupancy and pricing strategies.
• Create print and internet ads and use software to generate sales and leasing reports.
• Oversee leasing team and ensure readiness of apartments for showing and move-ins.
• Lead resident communications, renewals, and response to concerns.
• Collaborate with maintenance to keep the property attractive and compliant.
