Job summary

Greystar is seeking an experienced community marketing and leasing leader to drive revenue, occupancy, and resident retention. You will oversee marketing, print and internet advertising, and leasing teams, set pricing and concessions, and ensure ready-to-lease inventory.

You will analyze market conditions, develop short- and long-term marketing plans, collaborate with maintenance for curb appeal, and report on performance using property management software.

Qualifications

• Directs community marketing, advertising and sales activities to hit revenue and occupancy goals.
• Develops short- and long-term marketing plans, pricing strategies and concessions.
• Uses property management software to generate leasing reports and monitor results.
• Manages leasing team performance and ensures readiness of apartments for showing.

Responsibilities

• Oversees on-site marketing, advertising and sales to achieve revenue/occupancy goals.
• Develops marketing plans based on market conditions and competitors.
• Sets rent pricing and concessions; monitors day-to-day leasing activities.
• Ensures ready units meet market standards and oversees showings and tours.
• Drives lease generation, prospects qualification and move-in procedures.
• Reviews financial and operational reports to identify improvement opportunities.
