Job summary

Greystar, a leading global real estate platform, seeks a Marketing and Leasing Manager to direct on-site leasing activities, advertising, and sales initiatives across a high-rise community.

You will oversee a team, develop pricing strategies, monitor occupancy goals, and partner with maintenance to ensure market-ready apartments. The role includes reporting of leasing metrics and driving resident retention through proactive communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in property marketing and leasing operations.
• Ability to manage a leasing team and track performance.

Responsibilities

• Directs the community’s marketing, advertising and sales activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Oversees on-site traffic, pricing, concessions, leasing incentives, and reporting of results.
• Develops print and internet advertising strategies and uses property management software for reporting.
• Collaborates with maintenance to ensure property appearance and safety and to keep units market-ready.
• Participates in leasing processes: generating traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, and move-ins.
