Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Marketing & Leasing Leader to oversee the community’s advertising, sales activities, leasing team, and resources to achieve revenue, occupancy, resident retention, and leasing goals.

You will direct marketing and pricing strategies, ensure ready apartment inventory, monitor daily leasing performance, collaborate with maintenance to uphold property standards, and train staff to deliver outstanding service and conversions.

Qualifications

• Experience directing marketing, advertising and sales activities at a residential property.
• Ability to set pricing, concessions and leasing incentives.
• Proven leadership of leasing teams and tenant relations.

Responsibilities

• Direct marketing and leasing activities to meet revenue/occupancy goals.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans and pricing strategies.
• Create print and internet advertising strategies and monitor results.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure property appearance and marketability.
• Lead leasing process from prospecting to move-in.
• Review financial and traffic reports to improve leasing performance.
• Oversee lease renewals and resident communications.
• Supervise leasing team through hiring, training and performance management.
