Job summary

Greystar is seeking a senior community marketing and leasing leader to oversee marketing, advertising and leasing activities across a Greystar community. You will manage on-site traffic, set rent pricing and concessions, and ensure ready units are marketable to maximize occupancy and revenue.

You will lead the leasing team, develop creative pricing and promotional strategies, and produce regular sales and leasing reports using the company’s software.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing marketing, advertising and leasing activities for a property community.
• Ability to develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Proven track record in directing leasing teams and achieving revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the community's marketing, print and internet advertising and leasing activities.
• Direct on-site traffic management, pricing, concessions, and inventory of ready apartments.
• Develop and monitor marketing plans, pricing strategies and promotions to boost leases.
• Generate sales and leasing reports using the company’s property management software.
• Supervise leasing team members, including hiring, training and performance management.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure the community meets standards for appearance and safety.
